Change the File Format of My Output Data
File Format Type - also referred to as FFT - is a template of the output fields that will be included in a Client's data. Not all FFTs will contain the same output fields.
Choose File Type from Order Details Section
Your account has a default file format type listed for when you place an order. Occasionally you may need a different file format for a specific order.
- From the Order Details page of your order, scroll to the File Formats section.
- Click the check box to the left of the file format type you want to select for this specific file output.
- Click the blue Place Order button to continue placing your order.
